El equipo de la revisi\u00f3n se compromete a hacer todo lo posible para ayudar a mejorar los servicios de maternidad y neonatolog\u00eda del centro, para aumentar la seguridad y la calidad de la atenci\u00f3n perinatal tanto para las familias como para el personal, y para ofreceros apoyo continuo durante toda la revisi\u00f3n. Gracias por vuestra participaci\u00f3n constante y por el tiempo que nos dedic\u00e1is. Vuestras opiniones seguir\u00e1n siendo el eje central de la revisi\u00f3n y seguiremos actuando en funci\u00f3n de lo que nos cont\u00e9is\u00bb.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Donna Ockenden<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Informe Ockenden?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Donna Ockenden fue <\/strong>nombrada <strong>presidenta<\/strong> de la comisi\u00f3n de revisi\u00f3n el martes 10 de marzo de 2026. La comisi\u00f3n se cre\u00f3 para <strong>evaluar la atenci\u00f3n<\/strong> prestada a las mujeres, los beb\u00e9s y las familias en <strong>los servicios de maternidad y neonatolog\u00eda <\/strong>del Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. La comisi\u00f3n <strong>identificar\u00e1<\/strong> posibles <strong>deficiencias<\/strong> y <strong>recomendar\u00e1 medidas<\/strong> de mejora.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donna Ockenden es <strong>enfermera<\/strong> y <strong>comadrona<\/strong>, y cuenta con una amplia experiencia al frente de evaluaciones de los servicios del NHS en todo el Reino Unido. Anteriormente ha publicado dos informes sobre la atenci\u00f3n materna en Shrewsbury y Telford, y en Nottingham. Donna dirige un <strong>gran equipo multiprofesional<\/strong> de revisores cl\u00ednicos que abarca diversas especialidades, como enfermeras, comadronas, obstetras, anestesistas, neonat\u00f3logos y otros perfiles especializados. Cada tres meses, la Comisi\u00f3n organizar\u00e1 <strong>grandes reuniones familiares<\/strong> a las que asistir\u00e1n el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n y representantes de otras organizaciones, a petici\u00f3n de las familias. El objetivo es mantener a las familias informadas y darles la oportunidad de reunirse entre ellas. La Comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n organizar\u00e1 <strong>reuniones individuales<\/strong> con los <strong>familiares<\/strong> para escuchar lo que les ha pasado. Se celebrar\u00e1n reuniones similares con <strong>el personal<\/strong> actual y antiguo para conocer sus experiencias trabajando en la Fundaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se celebrar\u00e1n <strong>reuniones de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana<\/strong> por todo West Yorkshire en espacios comunitarios, lo que garantiza que la revisi\u00f3n genere confianza dentro de las comunidades y entre ellas, y contribuya a sensibilizar a la poblaci\u00f3n. En cuanto tengamos constancia del caso de una familia, se les <strong>notificar\u00e1 que se les ha incluido en <\/strong>la revisi\u00f3n. Las familias y el personal tambi\u00e9n pueden escribir al equipo de revisi\u00f3n para <strong>compartir su experiencia<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las experiencias pueden ser <strong>neutras, negativas y\/o positivas<\/strong>. Todas las perspectivas son importantes y ayudan al equipo de revisi\u00f3n a hacerse una idea de c\u00f3mo fue trabajar y recibir tratamiento en el Trust.
