Lauren Graham

Lauren has been a midwife for over 10 years with extensive experience within the acute and intrapartum care setting. She has worked in a variety of maternity units with birth rates ranging from 2000 to 8000 per year. She is currently a labour ward coordinator however she also assist the clinical governance team by leading on maternity investigations. The quality of both her preliminary and finalised investigation reports has been commended by external reviewers.

Lauren has a passion for developing safe and effective maternity care by learning from both incidents and excellence. She is a Professional Midwifery Advocate and she has a Master’s degree in Advanced Professional Practice.
