The following are answers to some of the common issues faced when connecting to a Webinar using Zoom.


I don’t have Zoom, where I can I download it?

You can download Zoom for Desktop PCs and Macs by going to https://zoom.us/download

The Zoom app can also be found on the Google Play app store, or the Apple App Store for iOS devices.


I can’t connect to the meeting

Ensure that you are connected to the internet by opening your internet browser and checking that you can access websites. If your internet connection is working then please ensure you are using the latest version of the Zoom app or desktop client.


The link in my email isn’t working

If you are trying to connect using a link you received from us, please make sure you’re not logged in to Zoom with another account which has a different email address to the one the email was sent to. Each link is unique to your email address and cannot be shared with other users.

You can check which email you are logged in with by going to the top right on the desktop client and clicking on your initials or profile image. On the mobile app click on ‘Settings’ in the bottom and it will display your email address. Once you have logged out you should then be able to access the webinar using the link in your email.
