Lisa Marshall

Lisa has had a long NHS career, qualifying as a registered nurse in 1988 and as a midwife in 1990 with experience across all areas of frontline maternity services in a variety of clinical and strategic roles including: rotational midwife, fetal medicine and screening midwife, audit lead, research midwife, and more managerial roles such as: supervisor of midwives, delivery suit co-ordinator and manager, director of midwifery, project lead midwife PROMPT maternity foundation, and head of maternity investigations HSIB where she understakes investigations into adverse maternity outcomes, using human factors methodology

These roles have helped her develop her skills and valuable working relationships across professional and organisational boundaries working closely with woman and families.
