31\u65e5\u622a\u6b62\u65b0\u75c5\u4f8b\u3002\u8a72\u8a55\u8ad6\u5c07\u65bc2026\u5e746\u6708\u51fa\u7248\u3002 <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u300c\u95dc\u9589\u65b0\u6848\u4ef6\u300d\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u610f\u601d\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u5bb6\u5ead\u6700\u5f8c\u53ef\u5411\u5be9\u67e5\u5718\u968a\u5206\u4eab\u7d93\u9a57\u7684\u65e5\u671f\u70ba5\u670831\u65e5\u665a\u4e0a11\uff1a59\u3002\u9019\u8868\u793a\u82e5\u5bb6\u5ead\u81ea6\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u806f\u7d61\u5be9\u67e5\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u907a\u61be\u7684\u662f\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u7121\u6cd5\u5c07\u6b64\u6848\u7d0d\u5165\u5be9\u67e5\u3002\u5728\u622a\u6b62\u65e5\u524d\u5efa\u7acb\u806f\u7e6b\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u4ecd\u6703\u88ab\u9080\u8acb\u53c3\u52a0\u5bb6\u5ead\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u57285\u670831\u65e5\u4e4b\u5f8c\u8209\u884c\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u5718\u968a\u6709\u6642\u9593\u70ba\u60a8\u5b89\u6392\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u5df2\u5b89\u6392\u6216\u6b63\u5728\u5b89\u6392\u7684\u5be9\u67e5\u5718\u968a\u6210\u54e1\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u4ecd<sup>\u5c07\u65bc5\u6708<\/sup> 31\u65e5\u4e4b\u5f8c\u8209\u884c\u3002     <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u5c0d\u65bc\u5df2\u5728\u5be9\u67e5\u4e2d\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u4ea4\u5c4b\u65e5\u671f\u610f\u5473\u8457\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u622a\u6b62\u65e5\u671f\u4e0d\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5df2\u7d0d\u5165\u5be9\u67e5\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u3002\u622a\u6b62\u65e5\u671f\u6307\u7684\u662f\u65b0\u589e\u6848\u4ef6\u52a0\u5165\u5be9\u67e5\u3002 <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u6211\u6b63\u5728\u7b49\u5bb6\u5ead\u6703\u8b70<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u5bb6\u5ead\u5728\u8207\u5be9\u67e5\u5831\u544a\u7684\u521d\u6b21\u901a\u4fe1\u4e2d\u90fd\u7372\u5f97\u4e86\u6703\u9762\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u8207\u6211\u5011\u81e8\u5e8a\u5718\u968a\u8cc7\u6df1\u6210\u54e1\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u5bb6\u5ead\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u4ecd<sup>\u5c07\u65bc5\u6708<\/sup> 31\u65e5\u4e4b\u5f8c\u7e7c\u7e8c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5bb6\u5ead\u652f\u63f4\u670d\u52d9\u3002FPSS\u5c07\u6301\u7e8c\u652f\u63f4\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u5bb6\u5ead\u56de\u994b\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u3002\u76ee\u524d FPSS \u670d\u52d9\u5c1a\u7121\u7d42\u6b62\u65e5\u671f\u3002   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u5be9\u67e5\u5718\u968a\u57285\u670831\u65e5\u4e4b\u5f8c\u6703\u505a\u4ec0\u9ebc<\/strong><strong><sup><\/sup><strong>\uff1f<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u5be9\u67e5\u5718\u968a\u4ecd\u5c07\u8207\u7533\u8acb\u6703\u9762\u7684\u500b\u5225\u5bb6\u5ead\u6703\u9762\uff0c\u8209\u884c\u5927\u578b\u5bb6\u5ead\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u5be9\u67e5\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u64b0\u5beb\u500b\u4eba\u5316\u56de\u994b\u8207\u8a55\u5206\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u4e26\u64b0\u5beb\u6700\u7d42\u5831\u544a\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5168\u570b\u5be6\u65bd\u7684\u5373\u6642\u8207\u5fc5\u8981\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u91dd\u5c0dNUH\u6539\u5584\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u5b78\u7fd2\u884c\u52d5\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u9019\u5c0d\u65bc\u8afe\u4e01\u6f22\u90e1\u5176\u4ed6\u60f3\u57285\u670831\u65e5\u524d\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8a34\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u610f\u5473\u8457\u4ec0\u9ebc<\/strong><strong><sup><\/sup><strong>\uff1f<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u8afe\u4e01\u6f22\u90e1\u5404\u5730\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u4ecd\u6709\u6642\u9593\u5206\u4eab\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u8afe\u4e01\u6f22\u5927\u5b78\u91ab\u9662NHS\u4fe1\u8a17\u7684\u7522\u79d1\u670d\u52d9\u7d93\u9a57\u3002\u622a\u6b62\u65e5\u671f\uff085<sup>\u6708<\/sup> 31\u65e5\uff09\u662f <em>\u5c1a\u672a<\/em> \u9032\u5165\u5be9\u67e5\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u8207\u5be9\u67e5\u5718\u968a\u5efa\u7acb <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ockendenmaternityreview.org.uk\/contact\/\">\u806f\u7e6b<\/a> \u7684\u6700\u5f8c\u671f\u9650\u3002   <\/p>\n\n<p>\u5bb6\u5ead\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u5169\u7a2e\u65b9\u5f0f\u88ab\u7d0d\u5165\u5be9\u67e5\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u7a2e\u662f\u5bb6\u5c6c\u806f\u7d61\u5be9\u67e5\u5718\u968a\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u7a2e\u662f\u900f\u904e\u300c\u958b\u5377\u300d\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u300c\u958b\u5377\u300d\u6d41\u7a0b\u6307\u7684\u662f\u4fe1\u8a17\u5982\u4f55\u6aa2\u8996\u5176\u7d00\u9304\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u6240\u6709\u7b26\u5408 <\/p>\n\n<p>\u900f\u904e\u300c\u958b\u5377\u300d\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8b58\u5225\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u6db5\u84cb2012<sup>\u5e741<\/sup> \u67081\u65e5\u81f32025<sup>\u5e745<\/sup> \u670831\u65e5\u671f\u9593\uff08\u5b55\u7522\u5a66\u6b7b\u4ea1\u9664\u5916\uff0c\u671f\u9593\u70ba2006\u5e74\u4fe1\u8a17\u6210\u7acb\u81f32025<sup>\u5e745<\/sup> \u670831\u65e5\uff09\u3002\u4fe1\u8a17\u900f\u904e\u6b64\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8b58\u5225\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u9808\u81f3<sup>5\u6708<\/sup> 31\u65e5\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5411\u5be9\u67e5\u5718\u968a\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u90fd\u6703\u88ab\u6307\u793a\u5230\u9069\u7576\u7684\u652f\u63f4\u55ae\u4f4d\u3002\u6211\u5011\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u8207\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u570b\u6c11\u4fdd\u5065\u7f72\uff08NHSE\uff09\u3001\u8afe\u4e01\u6f22\u5927\u5b78\u91ab\u9662NHS\u4fe1\u8a17\uff08NUH\uff09\u53caNHS\u8afe\u4e01\u6f22\u53ca\u8afe\u4e01\u6f22\u90e1\u7d9c\u5408\u7167\u8b77\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08ICB\uff09\u78ba\u8a8d\u6b64\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u4efb\u4f55\u5bb6\u5ead<sup>\u57285\u6708<\/sup> 31\u65e5\u4e4b\u5f8c\u63d0\u51fa\u7591\u616e\u6642\uff0c\u90fd\u80fd\u7372\u5f97\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u77e5\u9053\u5982\u4f55\u61c9\u5c0d\u6b64\u904e\u7a0b\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5c07\u516c\u958b\u65bc\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u3002
