Mark Power

Mark is an experienced board-level executive and consultant, with an excellent record of achievement in the full spectrum of people resourcing and organisational development activity, gained in the private and public sectors and, formerly, the UK military. During a career spanning forty years, he has been highly successful in a range of accountable roles, where effective leadership, personal credibility, influence, discretion, and sound judgement have been essential qualities. Well known to Donna and recognised as a compassionate and trusted advisor, Mark has been frequently called upon to both lead and support the investigation and management of sensitive, contentious, and complex issues requiring the highest standards of integrity, combined with skilled, objective, and empathetic handling.

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Mark also holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and Employment Law, and is a qualified leadership coach and mentor.
