Helen Hughes

Helen Hughes is a Clinical Matron for Quality and Safety at the Royal Devon Healthcare University Trust.  Helen has over 30 years’ experience of working within a variety of health settings, predominantly in midwifery.  Her expertise lies within the clinical governance arena where Helen is passionate about ensuring that all families have access to a service that is safe, responsive, and of a high quality.
