Patricia Heale (Trish)
Trish started working for NHS as a Nursing Auxiliary when she was 17 years old, she very quickly decided to train and become a nurse, then to become a midwife after having her own children. She has gained a BSC Hons and has progressed to labour ward co-ordinator.
She has worked as a hospital based and integrated midwife, where she carried a caseload looking after families in the community and during labour. She has also been a team leader where she developed skills to empower both midwives and the families she cared for.
