Dr Antoinette Johnson 

Antoinette is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with an interest in Maternal Medicine practising at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust since 2008. She is engaged in undergraduate and postgraduate medical training, risk management and cultural transformation. From 2009 – 2014, she transformed the  Maternity Guidelines and promoted best practice and patient safety, enabling her organisation through successive Maternity CNST assessments. In 2010, she participated in the CMACE Maternal Mortality Review Panel. From 2016 to 2020, Antoinette was Trust Clinical Lead for Maternity and is currently a co-chair for the South West London Local Maternity System to enact the NHS Longterm Plan, through collaboration with service-users and healthcare providers.
