Dr Dibyendu Datta

Dr. Dib Datta is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist at the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, England. He served as a Member of the Council of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (RCOG) and in its Board of Trustees for the same duration. 

He is currently working as a member for the FIGO (Federation International Gynecology Obstetrics) committee on Adolescent & Youth Health, besides its Committee on Climate Change and Women Facing Crisis.

Having qualified in India, Dib gained extensive clinical experience in the British Isles for over 33 years, enhancing his extensive clinical repertoire in the discipline, gaining Membership, through examinations, of two Royal Colleges in Ireland and in the United Kingdom. 

Having headed the risk department for maternity services for a decade at his hospital, the largest and the busiest in Southern England, he has spoken extensively on patient safety and risk at various symposia and meetings.
