Mandy Grosvenor

Mandy has been a community-based midwife for twenty-one years, she currently works within an award-winning Continuity of Care team of eight midwives and one maternity support worker providing complete antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care for a small caseload of primarily BAME and vulnerable service users in Gosport.

She has always loved working in the community and especially being able to really get to know the service users, ensuring they are accessing the appropriate care and that they feel safe and reassured on their journey through maternity services.

During her career, Mandy has also been involved in several projects within the Trust, including implementing digital notes and helping to develop an app with aided service users with their decision-making regarding place of birth and safety.
