She then moved to the South West, taking on a variety of senior leadership roles in both acute and community services, these roles spanned across midwifery, neonates and wider nursing specialisms (Paediatrics, Gynaecology, Cancer and Safeguarding services), she currently works as the Director of Midwifery and Neonates at the Royal United Hospital Bath, where she has recently led the team to achieve the CQC outstanding rating for maternity services 2023.
