Review Update
Since the review started in September 2022, 2065 families have joined the Review.
31st May 2025 – Review closes to new cases
On 31st May 2025, the Review will close to all new cases. This means that any families and/or staff that want to share their experience, must do so by this date. After 31st May, the Review team will continue to work on all Review cases and writing personalised family feedback in time for the publication date of June 2026. After publication, families will receive feedback and some families will be offered face-to-face meetings.
