As of the end of the day on the 31^st May 2025, the Review closed to new cases. This means that we are no longer accepting new families into the Review. The Trust will identify cases that meet the Review’s Terms of Reference up until 31^st May and will notify the Review of these cases as soon as they can; this means that these families will receive initial contact from the Review team after the closing date of the 31^st May. The Review team will continue to: review family cases and write personalised family feedback, meet with families, and staff, analyse their findings, write the final report.
