Melissa Tucker

Melissa is a Midwife who has worked across all areas of practice including community, inpatient wards and delivery suites.  Melissa is experienced in incident investigation, governance and has held positions as both the manager of the homebirth service and Deputy Community Manager.

Melissa collaborates with colleagues both regionally and nationally to develop and manage transformation across maternity services. She ensures that women and their families, clinical safety, and assurance are at the forefront of these efforts.

Melissa is a Clinical Safety Officer and is experienced in digital transformation and has completed her Digital Maternity Leaders PG Cert with Imperial College London and  Masters in Healthcare Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
